The way

Cut potatoes in between. Put oil in a cauldron. Heat the potatoes in medium till they become golden brown. Put two tablespoons of oil in another cauldron and heat the cumin. Add cumin seeds and cumin seeds. Then add gram flour to it. Then add turmeric, cayenne, coriander and hot masala. After that, take down the pan from the cauldron, add yogurt and some water and mix well. Add flavored salt to it. Put it on the gas again after a few seconds. Add coriander and fried potatoes in a small amount. Then roast the coriander with fried spots




12-14 Baby Potatoes (boiled)
12-15 cloves Garlic (lasun)

1 tablespoon + 4 tablespoons Oil
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
